It's been ten years since Friends of North Creek Forest - a grassroots community effort to preserve 64 acres of stunning biodiversity in Bothell - was founded.
And that's something to celebrate!
All founding and past FNCF Board members and staff were invited to the February Board meeting to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the founding of Friends of North Creek Forest!

We had a lovely celebration with lots of stories and remembrances from founding and current FNCF Board members and supporters!

Thanks much to
Cairn Brewing for a fantastic event to kick off our 10th Anniversary celebration!

A Toast to 10th Anniversary of the Founding of FNCF
Come home to North Creek Forest
Where time goes slow and the breath is mellow
and thoughts can find rest
Come home to North Creek Forest
To be friends with trees and listen to the breeze
and wander through the trails
Come home to North Creek Forest
When your heart is hurting or your soul needs healing
When something feels wrong or you need a place to belong
Come home to North Creek Forest
May North Creek Forest be both our question and our answer,
May we be both its keeper and its student,
In all the old old ways and in new,
In every way that we can.
