Summer Day Camps 2023

  Summer adventures at North Creek Forest!
Active ecology summer camps where youth will learn about water quality, forest succession,
​native and invasive plant species and much more through games, hikes, crafts and other activities.
FULL!!  Forest Quest (ages 11-14): July 10-13  @ 10 am - 3 pm
Campers will spend four days exploring the wild forest; identifying plants and animals, playing games, testing water quality, conducting forest research, and practicing climate action all through the lens of table-top role playing games (TTRPG)..   Limited to 7 campers.

FULL!!  Sprouting Cedars (ages 6-8): July 24-27  @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
We will spend four days exploring the wild forest; identifying plants and animals, playing games, testing water quality, conducting forest research, and practicing climate action through crafts, games, and restoration!  Limited to 10 campers

FULL!!  Happy Hemlocks (ages 9-11): August 7-10  @ 10 am - 3 pm

Whispering Firs (ages 11-14):  August 21-24  @ 10 am - 3 pm
An ecology summer camp where campers will learn about water quality, forest succession, native and invasive plant species and much more through games, hikes and other activities.  Limited to 15 campers.

  • -  lunch/snacks provided
  • - camps are "kid-solo" (dropped off/picked up)
  • - closed-toed shoes required (no sandals or flip-flops)
  • - not suitable for campers with mobility issues
  • - dress for the weather - rain or shine!
