UW-REN Students and Volunteers in recent NCF workday IT'S TIME to get the ground ready and we need your help. Tree planting is coming soon. The University of Washington's UW-REN program has been working to restore a section of North Creek Forest. This is a multidisciplinary Capstone project for seniors. Restoring even a small part of the forest takes many hands. Please help these students do this work. Their formal restoration plan requires a faith that when volunteers are called upon they will show up. Your hands make a difference. Many hand make a miracle. CCC Students Adan Hess,Madalyn Fisher and Caitlin Ihler on recent forest survey. PLEASE USE OUR CONTACT FORM. You will find it by clicking on "Contact" in the menu bar above. This is going to a fun event to remove blackberries and we may even get a chance to put some baby plants into the ground. Please join us in helping this forest back into health and longevity! We've seen lots of birds and some deer at our events, so bring a camera and be ready for some great photos, too. We need every helping hand, and would love to meet you all!

Click on the drawing at the beginning of today's article. You will get directions. Basically the work site is just off the Beardsley exit on I-405. From there go west taking the weird little jog onto 112th NE. Go north on that till you see us in about a 1/3 mile.
